Gaisböhl Monopol Grand Cru har en generøs aroma med noter af stikkelsbær, pære, grapefrugt, ananas og guava.

Foruden den intense bouquet byder vinen også på en uhyre kraftfuld smag med den helt rigtige tørhed. Det kan smages, at druerne har haft de perfekte modningsbetingelser. I den lange afslutning ledsages eksotisk frugt af en betydelig mineralitet.

Vinen er ikke overraskende en af Tysklands bedste tørre Rieslinger.

Den er særligt velegnet til retter med fisk, grøntsager og svinekød samt til ostebordet og det asiatiske køkken.

Vinen kan nydes nu, men kan særdeles også nydes om et par år!

Denne økologiske Grand Cru er lavet på 100% Riesling-druer fra Pfalz i det sydvestlige Tyskland. Producenten bag tilhører eliten af historiske topproducenter i Pfalz.

The 2019 Gaisböhl G.C. is pure, fresh and flinty on the lemon-scented nose that is the youngest of all the 2019s of the domain at this early stage. Juicy, piquant and salty on the palate, this is an intense but pure, linear and almost weightless dry Riesling with a crystalline structure, salinity and decent finesse. The finish is intense and mineral but also juicy, with concentrated fruit flavors. A promising classic, perhaps the coolest style of the 2019 vintage here.

Full of yellow fruit (the ripest nectarines), this is very juicy, but avoids any hint of opulence, thanks to the very fresh acidity that lifts everything effortlessly. The finish is oh, so silky. From biodynamically grown grapes with Biodyvin certification. Drink or hold.
